Keep the Holidays Joyous and hand over your keys. In an effort to discourage Drinking & Driving, POWER 96, 96.1FM did a live controlled On-Air Demo (with two subjects of legal drinking age) Monday, Nov 21st from 2-5pm. This program was hosted by Ron Hunter and demonstrated how quickly the legal driving limit is met. Law Enforcement were on-site with a portable breath tester, testing the subjects throughout the 3 hours. Guest speakers included Alice Englin (FC Partners in Prevention), Scott McConkey (SE MN Safe & Sober Liason), Probation Officer Andrea Strom, Judge Steve Schwab, and Brenda Madsen (Security Insurance).
